Starting this week, I will begin to limit my consumption of fast food meals. I eat fast food way too often for my own good. It has become something quick and easy to grab, instead of taking the time to plan healthy meals. For the first month I will allow myself up to two fast food meals a week. The second month I will only allow myself up to one fast food meal per week. The third month I will allow myself up to one fast food meal every two weeks. After that month is over I will only have fast food on occasion, if at all.

DeleteI've been avoiding fast food since on my diet program. It's not all fast food is junk food, but home cooking is better, because we can control the quality of nutrition.
