Healthy snack suggestions

October 15, 2012

Here are some natural low calorie snacks for you to munch on between meals. Remember that fruits and vegetables trump processed foods any day, but I will post some processed snacks as well as tutorials in the near future. These are the basic items you can use to make healthy snacks, they are best used in their natural form, but you are welcome to add a little peanut butter here or a dash of low-fat dressing there.

Don’t drown your food!

  1. I've never been big on sweets so snacking has never been that big of an issue for me. my weakness is salty snacks ie pretzels chips Cheetos extra. but ever since I lost all the weight on the diet I've come to eat more healthy things like I really love baby carrots they are delicious I also like fruits but I'm not into sweet so I stay away from the really sweet fruits I like apples. every now and then the salty craving comes back so I take care of that was some like the salted nuts double D licious lol btw video was funny :D

    1. I'm big on salty snacks too which are potentially just as bad.

I remember that video from Saturday morning cartoon commercials growing up. Although apparently it was made in the 70's, not sure why they were playing it from the 80's into the 90s.
