Viewers beware you're in for a scare! Or...something like that…
Welcome to the spooky month of October my friends! This month hosts one of my favorite holidays of the year, Halloween!
If you're looking to get yourself in the mood for the season, I (and my friends and family) have devised a list of "scary" movies we thought fit this time of year with a section of tamer movies for younger audiences. Undoubtedly there are many movies out there that are categorized under "horror", but we tried to aim it a little more towards the supernatural for the sake of length. Originals and remakes were not specified as I normally enjoy watching both. You are welcome to contribute your thoughts on movies we may have missed or left out that you feel should be included.
I am going draw a line through the movies we've watched this year!

Hahaha, I live my whole year like I am getting ready for Halloween by psyching myself up with movies. I have 55/99 crossed off of the list for the year already! XD I should be ashamed, but I can't find the feels to be thus. There are some movies you didn't specify a date on though, like the classic slashers, that all have remakes now, the Omen, Evil Dead, Day of the Dead, so forth and so on, so I just made a guess as to which you would call the real movie, or in a few cases gave it an either way leniency and moved on. =P
Am I also the only one who owns the Little Shop of Horrors Soundtrack? I can't find anyone these days who has (or much likely, is willing to admit that they have) even seen the movie. Let alone that they like the songs.
I love this part of the year October, Best month FTW!
Also, it's been a bit since the last blog, how are you doing? We miss you! =(
Have a great day Lissa Lady!
These are great suggestions, I'll add most of them on! I didn't include any sequels on the list because most horror movies have so many sequels, and some remakes (I'm lookin' at you Halloween) that my list would drag on forever! So instead I listed the first/originals of each franchise.
DeleteI figured, but Gremlins II actually deserved a mention, at least in my opinion. =P Most sequels aren't worth their salt. But G2 was hysterical! XD I mean creepy! Halloween creepy! >.> <.< 0.0 Shhhhhhhhhhhh.....
