The Iconoclasts by Muju

Hello and welcome to an introductory 30 minute look at The Iconoclasts. This is not a review, this is a first impression for you, the viewer, to get an idea of what this game has in store for you should you choose to play it for yourself. After the game is finished and I play it through, a written review will be posted here to supply a more well-rounded pool of information.

The Iconoclasts is an independent video game currently being developed by Joakim Sanberg of Konjak Games.

In The Iconoclasts, the theocratic government exclusively controls anything pertaining to science and industry; practicing in associated fields is considered illegal. Local churches distribute necessary power supplies to citizens for unreasonably high prices, driving them to seek other methods of keeping their homes and businesses operable.

Our protagonist, Robin, is the local renegade mechanic to her village and has earned both love and resentment for her abilities within the community. As you guide Robin through her adventure you’ll unravel the government’s motives while meeting new friends, fighting battles and solving puzzles.

I am really looking forward to this game, but you can't rush art!
